The top 3 superhero exercises

Our last FitFact was an eerie affair. Today, we are incredibly strong. We all know that nothing comes from nothing. That’s why even the superhumanly strong superheroes have to prepare for their world-saving missions. Today we reveal how they do it in the gym and what Thor, Ant-Man and Hulk’s favorite exercises are:

3) Hulk and his butterflies

Don’t mess with Hulk, because the giant powerhouse will smash everything to bits if he’s in the mood. He achieves so much (penetrating) power by concentrating entirely on the (reverse) butterfly in the gym. This exercise, whether performed on the machine or the cable pulley, gives Hulk his powerful chest and shoulder muscles, with which he smashes entire walls, throws boulders around and bursts every shirt.

2) Ant-Man goes GRIT

Nimble, strong and fast: Ant-Man is doing all of these things in the gym with the “GRIT” course series. The three high-intensity formats GRIT Athletic, Strength and Cardio get down to business in the shortest possible time. The mini hero may be super small, but he is super (hero) fast, agile and strong – just like his role model, the ant. In relation to their size, these small insects are among the strongest animals in the world.

1) Thor, the weight lifter

What a thunderstorm when Thor enters the gym! Well, he may not be the smartest of heroes – but he is divinely strong. As he always has to prove his strength everywhere, he doesn’t have one favorite exercise in the gym, no: the whole gym is his exercise. He transports every misplaced weight from A to B, twirls kettlebells around and takes selfie after selfie in front of the mirrored wall in front of him while he easily lifts a 100 kg barbell with one hand.
