Interval training / HIIT

In interval training (also known as high-intensity interval training or HIIT), several strength exercises are performed in succession with or without small fitness and strength equipment. The sequence and recall of the exercises take place within a few seconds, which makes the class very intensive. HIIT is a training method characterized by alternating phases of exertion and recovery. You improve your cardiovascular system and strengthen all the muscles in your body, because the “Interval Training” course is a full body workout.
