The top 3 tips on how to get back into the gym after Easter 🐰💪

Easter is over, but there are still heaps of chocolate and other treats lying around? You still haven’t made it to the gym despite feeling guilty after all the sugar excesses 😴? We know it. Because where the Easter bunny says goodbye, the inner bastard is already at the door. So here are 3 tips to help you get back on your feet 🔋.

3) Just do it 👊

Clean up the last of the chocolate eggs if you have to and then start exercising! What would our dear friend Papa Swolio say? “Go to the f gym!”. Let’s not put it quite so harshly, but still: just go to the gym! What are you waiting for? Don’t feel bad because you took a few days off and maybe went a little overboard. A little fun is allowed. But don’t let this get you out of your routine and get straight back to 🏋️.

2) Summer’s comin’

Although it is not yet summery warm, the sun is shining ever stronger ☀️. And in no time at all it will be summer. Remember: only those who start exercising now will have their summer body in the warm season. So don’t wait any longer, visualize your summer self and work towards it. Your future self, already lying on the beach and tanning in the sun, will thank you 🏖️! Those of you who prefer active vacations will also benefit from early training so that you don’t get out of breath too quickly during your activities.

1) Chocolate Easter bunny recycling

Don’t throw your Easter sweets in the bin over-motivated, but enjoy them consciously and in bulk. Do you still have a nibbled chocolate Easter bunny? This is perfect as a little highlight in your protein muesli. Dark chocolate is particularly suitable for this. The colorful Easter eggs provide an extra dose of protein after your workout. Attention: We are talking about real eggs 🥚, not the ones made of chocolate or sugar – don’t cheat 😉.

We hope we were able to motivate you to hit the gym again after Easter! If you’re still finding it hard, you can book a workout with our fitness trainers or sign up for a group course – because it’s better to sweat together!
