3) Four-legged friends in the gym

We receive an astonishing number of inquiries about man’s best friend 🐕. Our members love their pets so much that they don’t want to be separated from them in the gym either. Our employees at the studio have already been asked more often whether they could look after their dog during training or whether they could take it with them to the training area. One member even once asked us to set up a “dogs area” for their care as a counterpart to the children’s area. But as much as we love your furry friends, unfortunately you’ll have to leave them at home 🐶.

2) The slightly different gym-goer

Whether muscle building, weight loss or endurance training – there are several reasons to go to the gym. The connoisseurs among us also like to drop by just to sweat it out in the sauna or steam bath. A prospective student doesn’t need all this, they have another reason to come to the gym. He asked us if it was possible to buy a subscription just to use the shower and toilet. Yes, you read that right! Apparently our sanitary facilities are so impressive that they alone are worth a subscription 🚽🚿! We wonder if there are others among you who only use the gym to freshen up. If this is the case, that’s completely okay, but ask our trainers for a suitable training plan 😉.

1) A special “warm-up”

It seems that one of our members took the word “warm-up” a little too literally. While most of us go to the sauna after a well-deserved workout to relax, this member has a completely different routine: for him, the sauna is the warm-up 💦! He sweats in the sauna before training and only goes to the training area afterwards. Although we appreciate the creativity of this approach, we would like to remind you that it is usually better to relax the muscles after training 🧘.
